Is OFFLOAD a booking software company?
Not in the usual SaaS sense. OFFLOAD is a done-for-you service. We build and maintain a website and booking setup around your business, rather than giving you a generic account and expecting you to configure the whole system yourself.
Do I get my own website?
Yes. The website is built for your business and branded around you. Your client experience is designed to lead naturally into your booking flow.
Can my deposits, cancellation rules and services be different?
Yes, where technically supported by the selected booking setup. We scope your rules before the build and configure the system around that agreed workflow.
What does the $49 monthly service cover?
It covers the ongoing OFFLOAD service described on our pricing page, including hosting, routine maintenance and personal support for the delivered setup. Optional add-ons or new custom development are quoted separately.
Can I cancel the monthly service?
Yes. There is no long-term lock-in in the standard plan. See the subscription terms for notice, service-end and data/export details.
What happens if I don't like it?
We publish a 3-month guarantee and refund policy so the terms are visible before payment. Read the policy for eligibility and process.
Do you only work with estheticians?
Solo estheticians are our primary focus, but the same done-for-you model can fit other independent service businesses where website, booking and support need to work together.
