What OFFLOAD is
OFFLOAD is a done-for-you website, booking-system and ongoing support service. Instead of selling access to a generic platform, we build a separate client-facing website and configure the booking experience around the agreed workflow of each business.
Who it is for
Our primary focus is solo estheticians and independent beauty professionals who want a strong online presence and booking system but do not want configuring software to become another job. The model can also fit other appointment-based service businesses.
What makes the relationship different
The distinction is responsibility. A typical software subscription gives the customer access to a product and its tools. OFFLOAD combines build work with an ongoing service layer: hosting, routine maintenance and personal support stay part of the relationship.
Simple version: you explain the workflow; we build the system around it.
What OFFLOAD is not
OFFLOAD is not a consumer booking marketplace, and the standard service is not a multi-tenant do-it-yourself website builder. We also do not claim that every business should leave SaaS software. If you enjoy configuring your own stack, a traditional platform may be the better fit.
