OFFLOAD Core

$200 one-time setup + $49/month ongoing service. The setup fee covers the agreed custom website build, tailored booking-system configuration and launch work described in your project scope. The monthly service begins when the delivered system goes live, unless your written proposal states another start date.

We keep pricing deliberately simple. Anything outside the agreed base scope is explained and priced before you authorize it.

What the base service includes

  • Custom website designed around your business and brand direction.
  • Booking system configuration around agreed services, timing, availability, deposits and policies.
  • Deployment, hosting and routine maintenance of the delivered setup.
  • Ongoing customer support for the delivered website and booking system.
  • A designated project contact for normal service communication.

Optional add-ons

Additional custom development, third-party paid services, premium messaging/SMS usage, AI DM or call-handling systems, custom integrations, major redesigns and work outside the agreed scope are not automatically included in the $49 monthly price. We confirm the scope and price before starting optional work.

Billing and payment terms

The setup fee is charged as disclosed before work begins. The $49 ongoing service is a recurring monthly subscription. Any applicable taxes or third-party payment fees are shown where required. Payment may be processed through a third-party payment provider such as Safepay; OFFLOAD does not store full card details when the payment provider handles them.

3-month guarantee

For a new OFFLOAD Core engagement, you may request a refund within the first three months if the service is not working for you, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. The policy explains what is refundable, how to request it and what happens to the delivered service after a refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel the standard monthly OFFLOAD service. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after any already-paid service period and follows the process in our Subscription Terms. We do not use a hidden long-term commitment in the standard plan.

Project-specific proposals can include different scope, pricing or commercial terms. If a signed proposal conflicts with this page, the signed proposal controls for that project.
