Delivery Policy

No physical shipping. This page explains when work starts, how project timelines are set and what counts as digital delivery.

What is delivered

Depending on your confirmed scope, delivery can include a custom website, booking-system configuration, deployment, hosting setup, integrations and supporting configuration. Ongoing plans also include maintenance and support after launch.

When work starts

Work starts after the required payment is received and we have the information, content, access and approvals needed to begin. If customer-provided information is delayed, the delivery schedule moves accordingly.

Delivery timeline

Your expected build timeline is confirmed before payment or in the applicable project message/proposal because the time required depends on scope, content readiness and requested customization. We do not promise an artificial one-size-fits-all delivery date for every project.

Preview and approval

Where applicable, we provide a preview or test flow for review before production launch. You are responsible for checking business information, service pricing, booking rules and policy details and telling us about corrections during the review stage.

Launch and ongoing delivery

Initial delivery is complete when the agreed website/booking setup is deployed or otherwise made available as described in the project scope. If you subscribe to ongoing OFFLOAD service, hosting, routine maintenance and support continue during each paid subscription period.

Problems with delivery

If you believe the delivered service materially differs from the agreed scope, contact support@getsoffload.com. We will review the issue against the written project scope and applicable refund/guarantee terms.
