Information we may collect
- Contact information such as name, business name, email address and phone number when you choose to provide it.
- Project information you provide, including services, pricing, business policies, brand assets and technical access needed to deliver the project.
- Billing and transaction metadata such as amount, date, status and transaction reference.
- Basic website technical data such as IP address, browser/device information and security logs where our hosting or analytics configuration collects it.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver and support contracted services, process billing, secure systems, troubleshoot issues, maintain records, improve our service and comply with legal obligations.
Payment information
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Safepay. When the provider hosts or tokenizes the payment flow, OFFLOAD does not receive or store the customer's full payment-card number. The payment provider handles payment information under its own privacy and security terms.
Data inside a customer's booking system
When we host or support a booking system, it can contain information about that customer's own clients, such as name, email address, phone number and appointment history. We use that information only as needed to operate, maintain and support the contracted system and as directed by the business customer. Customers should not use the standard system to collect regulated medical data unless a separate compliant arrangement has been confirmed.
Service providers
We may use hosting, infrastructure, email, analytics, communications, payment or security providers when needed to operate the service. We share only information reasonably needed for those functions and do not sell customer conversation or project data to advertisers.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, contractual records, support, security and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no internet system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Your choices and contact
You can ask about personal information associated with your OFFLOAD relationship, request correction of inaccurate information, or ask about deletion where applicable. Contact support@getsoffload.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
